Food & Craft Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest and support of the 2025 92nd Annual Fiesta Topeka, July 15-19th and Mini-Jamaica, June 28th. Below you will find the Vendor Application form and the Parish Hold harmless/lndemnity Agreement.
NOTE - Food vendors are required to submit copies of all current and necessary licensures(s) per the Kansas Health Code Regulations with their application.
Timeline for submittal and approval for Vendor Applications:
- Monday, April 28th by 12:00 pm - All applications and required documents NEED to be
submitted. - Friday, May 9th - All approved participants will be notified.
- Wednesday, May 28th by 12:00 pm - Participants fees and required documentation must be submitted. (Food vendors must have current licensure(s). NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
All vendor placements on the Fiesta Topeka grounds are final and no changes will be tolerated.
No glass beverages, No CBD/smoking paraphernalia can be sold!!!!
