Outside Vendors
The time has come to make plans for great food and crafts at the Fiesta Topeka!
The quality and variety of food and crafts play an important role in the fiesta’s incredible popularity. Food concessionaires are significant partners with the fiesta. This well-recognized event provides receptive and always hungry crowds with great potential for profit and in turn, the food concessionaires help to support the fiesta through their fees.
The fiesta is seeking concessionaires who can provide an attractive menu of distinctive food items, a booth that enhances the fiesta’s atmosphere, and a dedication to serving fiesta goers in a safe, friendly, and highly professional manner.
Fiesta Topeka attracts an annual attendance of over 60,000 over the five days of the fiesta event. Approximately ten concessions can be selected due to space considerations. The booth will be approximately a 10’x10’ space.
Due to the limited areas around the church grounds, electricity and water are not available from the Church. There is no exception to this rule.
The vendor fee for Fiesta Topeka is $1,000.00 for food vendors and for one 10'x10' space and $500.00 for arts and craft vendors for the event. Fiesta Topeka reserves the right to sell the following items exclusively (no exceptions):
- Alcoholic Beverages: Beer and Margaritas
- Soft Drinks: Pepsi/Coke Products, Aguas Frescas
- Refried Beans, Rice, Tamales, Burritos, Enchiladas, Tostadas, Tacos, Taco Salad, Walking Tacos, Gorditas
- Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Popcorn, Raspados (snow cones), Elotes (Corn on the Cob), Cake/Pie
Your application will be considered based on: 1) availability of space, 2) amount of space required, and 3) type of products. All applications will be reviewed by the fiesta coordinating committee and voted on at the May meeting.
Selected vendors will be notified by the end of May. All approved vendors must submit the Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement and required feeds no later than June 16, 2024.
