To travel to the Fiesta Topeka
The Fiesta is held in the Oakland community of Topeka. The food, entertainment, art show, beer garden, and children's activities are located close to the church grounds in and around Atchison and Chandler. The carnival rides for smaller children start in that area and progress to the intersection of Chandler and Seward. The carnival rides for older kids and adults are located in the BNSF parking lot at Chandler and Seward.
