Food & Craft Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 91st Fiesta Topeka on July 16-20, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church grounds. Please fill out and submit the Vendor Application and Parish Festival Vendor Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement below. Food vendors will be required to submit copies of all necessary licensure(s) per the Kansas Health Code Regulation, with their application.  

 

All completed applications and required documentation can be submitted via email to fiestavendors@gmail.com, by May 16, 2024, and all required fees are due by the close of business June 16, 2024. Those approved for participation will be notified by May 30, 2024.  

 

If the food license that is submitted at the time of the application is scheduled to expire prior to the dates of the event, a current license must be submitted no later than June 16, 2024. 

 

All approved vendors must submit the Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement no later than June 16, 2024.  Please download the form here, fill out and email to fiestavendors@gmail.com
