Volunteer Application

As a volunteer, by submission of this form, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures of the event. You acknowledge your understanding that you will be volunteering at your own risk and that Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Fiesta Topeka, its employees and affiliates, cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any volunteer work you perform for the Fiesta during the events noted herein. You agree that all work you do is on a volunteer basis. In addition, you acknowledge that the Fiesta Topeka reserves the right to assign volunteer tasks based on need and availability.
